Hello! This is jenny from the SentBe Customer Experiences team! Our team is at the forefront of SentBe's services, engaging closely with customers to deliver the best remittance experience. Grounded in a Customer-Centric approach, we go beyond handling customer inquiries (calls, chats, and emails) by actively participating in process design, operational improvements, and policy development to enhance the overall customer experience. As the first point of contact for our customers, we take pride in building trust through professionalism and friendliness, while also collaborating closely as a team to maximize the value of SentBe’s services. Currently, the CX team consists of approximately 35 colleagues, providing detailed support to customers across 13 countries. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and grow together with SentBe CX!

Handle VOC (Voice of Customer) from Cambodia users of SentBe through call, chat, email, and SNS.
Develop policies and continuously refine operational processes to enhance customer experience.
Identify issues encountered during service usage and collaborate with team members to devise effective solutions.
Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure a seamless verification process.
Support offline marketing event activities related to the Cambodia market.
Available for weekend shifts (fixed 5-day work schedule)
Native-level proficiency in Cambodia and English
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in customer service or a related field (open to fresh graduates)
Strong understanding of Cambodia customers, with the ability to empathize with their concerns and provide prompt solutions
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly attitude and clear communication
Ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members, logically organizing and expressing thoughts clearly (both verbally and in writing)
Open-minded and collaborative, able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
Strong multi-tasking skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Strong understanding of SentBe's services
Experience in customer support within the fintech industry
Experience handling customer inquiries from international clients
Passion for growing as a CX Specialist in the fintech industry
Experience using various work tools such as OA, Notion, and Confluence
Ability to proactively drive tasks not only for VOC resolution but also to achieve team goals
